“It’s hard to believe how a seemingly small action can make such a massive change in your life. About 4 years ago on Christmas Day, a few of my friends invited me to the gym. They showed me different kinds of exercises. At the time, I was uncomfortable with my body and the person that I was becoming. Therefore, I started working out and ended up losing 20 pounds. However, my relationship with the gym would be off and on for about two and a half years. This past year and a half I have been more dedicated to improving myself and my body. I have become the happiest person. Plus, I have the confidence that I have always wanted. Making the first step is the easy part. The consistency is the hardest part. In addition, I have dedicated myself to help others reach their fitness goals. I now have my certification in personal training from American Sports and Fitness Association.”
